The announced data applies the methodology from the Synthetic LBD, developed by Saki Kinney, Jerry Reiter (Duke NCRN), A. P. Reznek, J. Miranda, R. S. Jarmin, and John M. Abowd (then Cornell NCRN) see “Towards Unrestricted Public Use Business Microdata: The Synthetic Longitudinal Business Database,” International Statistical Review, vol. 79, iss. 3, pp. 362-384, 2011 doi:10.1111/j.1751-5823.2011.00153.x. Ongoing development and dissemination of the methods were supported by NSF Grant #1131848 (NCRN) and #1012593 (TC-Large) and a grant by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
